1. Trade Policy
1.1 The "Seller" Blanco Group s.r.o. (exclusive partner for GUTsy Captain / Asteriscos e Reticências SA) has products for sale on the Gutsycaptain.eu site, and the "e-commerce" services are available exclusively to end users / Customers.
1.2 The “Customer” refers to the individual who acts/purchases outside of his business or profession. If you are not a "Customer" we ask you not to make purchases on the online sales site Gutsycaptain.eu .
1.3 The Seller reserves the right not to process orders received from Customer who are not Customers or from those who do not agree with the general conditions of sale of the Seller.
1.4 These general conditions and terms of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed on Gutsycaptain.eu between Customers of the GUTsy Captain online store (gutsycaptain.eu) and the Seller.

2. How to place an order

Placing an order in the GUTsy Captain Online Store is easy:
Your order will be confirmed when you click on the button "Confirm Payment" (Checkout) at the end of the purchase process.
When the Seller receives your order, a message will appear on the screen with your order number and all its details. The purchase agreement is finalized at that time.

Seller owns the company's products until it has received full payment for all the products in the order.
6. Prices
6.1 The prices of the products displayed on the site contain / include the Value Added (VAT). Shipping costs are applied per order and is not part of the product price displayed on the site. 6.3 Your total price

7. Quality and guarantee

If you decide to exercise the right to return the purchased products, Seller has the right not to accept the return of products that have been opened or that have been altered from their original state or damaged. 8. Shipping and delivery
8.1 Delivery: where and when
We deliver the products from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. We can only fulfill the delivery of an order if the delivery address is a home or office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of available countries in the menu.
In order to receive the order you need to make sure that there will be someone to pick it up. This service does not include an appointment option or prior notice, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this period in periods of promotions, sales, Christmas, periods of epidemic or in case of shortages.
We will consider that a delivery has been made or that a product has been delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the established address.
8.2 Delivery Terms
If you confirm your order on a business day until 10 a.m. and pay by Credit Card or through Paypal, your order will be shipped the same day with a delivery time of 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed.

9.2 Free shipping
If the customer places an order whose value exceeds the minimum order value defined for his country or campaign, the shipping costs will be made free of charge.
10. Returns
10.1 Order cancellation before shipment
The Customer can cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the Customer places an order and wishes to cancel it, they must contact our Customer Service and request the cancellation of their order, through the email shop@gutsycaptain.com.
If the cancellation request has an affirmative response, the Customer will be notified of this decision by email and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the Customer. If the cancellation request is not possible, the products will be sent to the Customer who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must refuse to receive them. The products will be returned and once received, the refund will be processed.
10.2 Return of defective products
The customer has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered. However, in the event that the Seller decides to reissue or refund a promotional code, you must have access to the initial promotional code. To do this, you must keep a copy of your promotional code, otherwise it cannot be reissued or replaced if lost.
12.7. In cases where the promotional code is reissued/refunded by the Seller, the discount of that value can only be applied to a purchase of equal or greater value to the purchase on which the discount/promotional code was issued.
